1、Responsible for developing potential business chance and selling HBS Financial localization solutions in China.
2、Sales engagement will be at senior executive level-typically CFO, Finance VP and Director level as well as conducting due diligence with middle management in Finance roles.
3、Develop opportunities by structuring and qualifying discovered Leads, creating and managing channels and moving opportunities along the sales circle to closure.
4、Ability to understand and describe how HBS product solutions and features can address the business issues that customers are facing.
5、Provide various business analyses, quickly identify problems and suggest for improvement along with possible solutions to meet business requirements; closely monitor, proactively coordinate with departments to achieve companies and personal targets.
6、Follow up potential customers; coordinate internal and external resources, dominant business negotiation process.
7、Negotiate price and volume discounts within well-defined schedules and guidelines, follow up the process of implementation.
8、Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations and manuals related to proposed solution.
9、Work closely with other teams, including Customer Services, Technology, and Marketing; maximize the HBS value proposition to clients.
10、Build and maintain successful business relationships with HBS strategic partners.
11、Evaluate new business ;responsible for demand generation and lead qualification, overall account penetration strategy.

1、Bachelor Degree with minimum 3 years of selling experience majored in Accounting, Finance, Sales or Marketing preferred.
2、A background in Finance Software/ERP or BI/Finance Consulting/High-level Finance Executive Headhunter or related Industry is preferred.
3、Outstanding selling skills with a proven sales track record.
4、Strong analytical skills; able to create and present a business justification.
5、Able to develop, present and implement new business opportunities.
6、Excellent communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels.
7、Proficient in both written and spoken English.
8、Proactive, motivated and self-driven, strong team spirits.

1、Be responsible for the implementation of the project, communication and risk control; ensure the customer satisfaction and be responsible for the project progress.
2、Master several kinds of company products and solutions; make reasonable suggestions based on market demand and your own expertise.

1、Bachelor’s degree or above; fluent English communication skills.
2、At least 2 years of project management experience in the software industry.
3、With PMP certification preferred.

1、To proactively sell Group solution to Domestic and International Clients within China.

4、To work from data provided by various sources which are relevant to define target markets e.g. inbound enquires, marketing campaigns, global referrals, 3rd party referrals, etc.
5、Conduct effective sales presentation, solution proposal, business negotiation and close deals both individually and as a team.
6、Get pre-sales supports for large deal/pursues with implementation consultant.
7、Work closely with other team like Customer Services, Technology, Marketing, and Implementation to maximize HBS value proposition to clients.
8、To provide weekly/monthly updates and reviews on individual performance and measures for improvement, use the HBS standard system and tools to ensure the sales process efficiency.
9、Create own sales plan within overall framework to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

1、Bachelor degree or above, major in Accounting/Finance/Sales & Marketing is a plus.
2、At least 1 year sales experience in leading Finance industry.
3、A background in Finance Software/ERP or BI/Finance Consulting/High-level Finance Executive Headhunter or related Industry is preferred.

1、Be enthusiastic in the ERP/IT consulting industry; have good interpersonal skills and affinity.
2、Have fluent communication skills in English, especially in written English.
3、Be familiar with international and domestic ERP/IT software; like innovative and challenging work.
4、Accounting and IT majors are preferred; excellent graduates from secondary specialized colleges with relevant experience can also be accepted.
1、Provide on-site software installation and system troubleshooting work.
2、Be familiar with computing systems, software, or network access-control solutions.
3、Follow the guidance of the customer service manager; cooperate with the customers to deal with the system setup and installation work and training.
4、Record the task results; sorting and reporting.
5、Consider the views of the customers and provide rationalized product-improving suggestions.
1、IT, Information Management or other related major.
2、Graduates or have 1 year of technical support or relevant work experience.
3、Speak standard Mandarin; passed English CET4 or more.
4、Proficient in Excel functions reporting; familiar with SQL Server database.
5、Have good communication skills; be able to work under pressure.
6、Software technical support and on-site work experience preferred.
